The FEEBEE Audit shows how well your product design aligns with real-world users, especially those often overlooked. Using your pre-market documentation, FEEBEE scores your device across user empowerment, compliance readiness, and market viability, giving you a clear snapshot of strengths and areas for equity-focused improvement.

Interdisciplinary Thesis: Lab Coat Culture and in Bioengineering Laboratories

This national study on the racial dynamics of bioengineering revealed how some parts of "lab coat culture" has evolved over time due to  social justice pressures- for both the better and the worse. Few resources outside of this article, (if any) exist to describe these nuanced social dynamics. This work interrogates the growth of D**, E***, and I****** practices in the field and offers practical solutions to integrate into laboratories.

Design Justice 2025: The Trends, Tools, & Tea Shaping MedTech

Pre-recorded for the National Society of Black Engineers Professional Development Conference in New Orleans with the CTO of Precision Neuro.

Together, we explore the shifting landscape of MedTech:

1) The fall of the university and startup lessons learned

2) The fight for data in home-based care and CGM design flaws

3) Algorithmic bias and “physiological label bias” in AI diabetes care

4) Neurodiversity and gender diversity in neuroscience

5) How equity-driven strategy wins funding—even under political pressure

and more!

This conversation blends trends, personal stories, and practical takeaways. It’s equal parts fireside chat and field guide for innovators, consultants, and leaders building the next generation of health technology.
